Check in & check out time
Check in is after 2:00 pm (14:00) If you arrive more early the check in is always depends on whether the previous guest is already out, and the room already cleaned.
Earliest check in is 10:00 Am if the room is already free and cleaned the night before
Please understand, your booking is per night, and not per day!
Always 2:00 Pm to next day 11:59 Am
We do not charge extra for early check in, but please understand and respect:
Before 11:00 Am our staff have to serve breakfast and we will not make a check in, except for guest arrive at night or early morning and have booked also the night before!
If you arrive early in our place you can always deposit your luggage on reception until your room is ready for you.
Same for late check out! You can stay in our place and deposit your luggage, but we need to clean the room for next guest and you have to keft the room 12:00
Note: before 7:00 Am no staff will be here if you don't have booked the night before and some one wait for you.
Calculate also the drive from Mactan Airport to us is around 3 hours
Room and children Policy
- Please add the correct amount of adults and children on your booking (age of children)!
- Children older then 1 year is not free. You have to add to the booking!
- Children 12 and above are considered adults at this property!
- We do not accept a check in with more people as the maximum capacity of the room.
(double room means maximum 2 person older then 14 years !)
- We do not accept a check in with more people then you have booked.
- In the family room and apartment we Have 4 beds only, we dont offer extra bed.
- You can use with 4 Adults if you feel comfortable with the bunk bed.
- We allow 5 person if there is one extra kid only, but not for 5 adults !!
- In our double rooms we accept max 2 person - No children under the age of 14 y.
Baby's under the age of 1 year for free! (in family room and apartment only)
To clarify: Baby is for free, if your child walking around it is a toddler and you have to add as child on reservation.
Simple add the correct age from your children on our booking site.
(for the date you book. if you book for next year your children is 1 year older)
Group Policy
- We do not accept bookings with more than 3 rooms or more than 7 persons.
Since we have had several bad experiences, we no longer accept large groups.
- To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, it is important to follow the rules regarding noise, parties, and behavior at the resort.
This includes not making excessive noise, not engaging in disruptive activities, and not staying on the veranda or near the pool after midnight.
This will help to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Food & Drinks
- We don't allowed to bring food or drinks from outside in our Restaurant!
- We a Hotel Resort have our own restaurant and a bar, and we don't have a picknick or cooking place.
- We also srictly dont allow ricecooker and other cooking in our Rooms.
(because of bad smell, ants, cockroaches and other insects)
Visitors
- We will accept 1 or 2 Visitor for a few hours,
- We will NOT accdept you bring peoples, friends, Family Members who booked in another hotel to swim in our pool or spend the day with us!
- We have a limited space and we only accept guests in our property who have booked a room!
- If you have booked as single guest a double room, and want to bring a partner over night, you have to register your visitor first on our reception!
(need a valid ID and min age 18 of years !!)
Girls, Boys, Ladyboys from Disco and Bars
We strictly don’t allow visitors in rooms that have not been registered with us!!
All visitors need the age over 18 year
As we hotels 100% responsible for this under the Republic Act No. 7610
We need a valid ID from the visitor before they enter in the room !!
If you have booked a double room and you want to bring “1 visitor” of course this is your business, but our business is to register every person who stays with us.
This we do on reception time 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and sadly not 3:00 am in the night!
We have zero tolerance with this topic since we are responsible and already get our bad experience and trouble!
Pet's
- Sorry, we don't allow dogs or other pet's in our resort or rooms !
Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

After 2 years of suffering under covid19 we are no longer willing to pay for the loss of empty unbooked rooms! We will strictly follow our cancellation policy!
We recommend every guest a travel insurance with covid coverage.

We give Senior Citizen Discount only on our plain one night room rates!
Please understand we will give you Senior Citizen any time but only to our Plane 1 Night Room Rates and not in top of Multiple night Discount and extra Promos!
