Dynamic pricing automatically adjusts our prices based on market demand, our occupancy and the pace at which we’re selling.

This means that room rates change when demand increases or decreases.

More enquiries = Higher room rate!

So if you make a booking and then do not pay your bill, your booking will be automatically cancelled within a day.

As our booking site is publicly online we have a lot of fake bookings from guests who just play around and end up not paying the bill the booking system automatically cancels such bookings!

This also means that if you make a booking and don't pay your bill, the booking will be cancelled, 

If you book again afterwards, it is quite possible that the room rate will have increased as a result.

Please bear this in mind.

We have noted it several times on the website, the booking form and on the quotation that you will receive the link to pay for your booking after booking.

This is usually within the next hour, but can sometimes take up to 6 hours depending on the time difference to your country and the time you book!
